Shipping & FAQs

POLICIES AND SHIPPING: Please allow 3-4 days to prepare your order for shipping. All products shipped in the United States are Shipped USPS. All orders (local and international) are shipped first class or priority mail, depending on weight. We will soon offer an 'untracked shipping' option to keep the cost down for everyone. 

If you do not receive your order, please do contact us, and we may be able to track it together. We do not know if you didn't receive an item and cannot research it if we are not told. Shipping rates depend on the destination and size of the package.

Return Policy: You have one week from when you receive an item to report it damaged or incorrect. If this is the problem, please email us at vanillastarcafe@gmail.com to get started. If it is past one week, we do not currently accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please choose carefully before purchasing. 

Custom Orders: We are currently accepting custom orders. Please email us at vanillastarcafe@gmail.com to see if we can create something special for you!

All designs are original and copywritten. 
Sales: We occasionally have sales. 

Teaching Opportunities: I (Michelle) would like to teach at some point. This is still in the works. I'm also working on a newsletter... stay tuned!
